Tragically, Birdie passed away, leading Povich and his family to adopt Taxi, who now enjoys the freedom of both the city and the expansive wilderness.

Describing her life in Montana, Povich noted that Taxi roams freely around their home, her leash-free existence allowing her to explore the natural surroundings. “The dog never sees a leash. She just runs all around my house and swims in the ponds,” Povich shared, highlighting the joy and liberty his pet experiences in the vast outdoor spaces.
