The Anakeesta adventure park in Tennessee has recently introduced an exceptional attraction, becoming home to the world’s first all-glass gondola system. According to Bob Bentz, one of Anakeesta’s founding partners, the aim is to envelop visitors in the magical atmosphere from the moment they arrive. “This new lift enhances that experience with incredible views, greater comfort, and the efficiency needed to welcome even more families to the Smokies,” he noted.
The gondola features 56 cabins with glass walls and floors, immersing riders fully in their surroundings. Anakeesta has described the ride as transforming each journey into a floating overlook, where visitors can enjoy both comfort and stunning vistas. As the gondola glides above mountains, valleys, and forests, the experience promises to be both gentle and exhilarating, taking riders high above the Gatlinburg skyline.

In addition to the gondola, park officials have announced the forthcoming Nighttime Firefly Experience, slated to be a year-round attraction. For those who may be hesitant to ride the gondola but still wish to take in the stunning views, Anakeesta has also established the AnaVista Observation Tower.
