U.S. District Court Judge Stephen R. Bough oversaw McBee Sr.’s sentencing in October, ultimately ruling for a 24-month prison term and an additional two years of supervised release. McBee Sr. is also required to pay over $4 million in restitution and must self-surrender before 2 p.m. on December 1.
