Another victim, 43-year-old Shalanda Williams, tragically succumbed to her injuries after being transported to a local hospital. Lewis Bell Jr., a cousin of Williams, described her as a peacemaker and a compassionate individual who will be dearly missed by her family.

Authorities believe that the shooting involved at least two parties who were engaged in gunfire amidst a crowd of people.
