However, during the trip, Chrisley found herself feeling unwell. “I felt horrible… I’m like, ‘Oh God, this is a terrible idea,’” she recalled, recounting feelings of nausea that prompted her to suspect she might be seasick.

Initially attributing her discomfort to her menstrual cycle, Chrisley was startled when her period was five days overdue. This prompted her to purchase a pregnancy test from a pharmacy during the cruise. The test results appeared almost instantaneously, revealing “two bright pink lines,” which left both Chrisley and Galanis in disbelief. “And I was like, ‘Stop it. No, there was no way.’ And that’s how we found out that we are officially pregnant,” she detailed, describing the moment as a significant plot twist in their lives.

Interestingly, just weeks before this vacation, Chrisley had undergone an egg retrieval procedure. The couple was even creating videos for their future children at that time, entirely unaware that she was already pregnant. “Little did I know, I had a baby in my stomach at the time when we’re filming this video,” Chrisley shared, looking back with a sense of irony and joy.

In her podcast, Chrisley also took the opportunity to reveal both her engagement to Galanis and her pregnancy on social media platforms, sharing the news with her followers on Instagram.
