Alana Pergine, a 27-year-old aesthetic nurse practitioner from Tampa, Florida, has gained international attention on TikTok after sharing an inspiring video showcasing the impressive “glow-ups” she has achieved for her family members. The post features a series of striking before-and-after photographs of her sister, mother, and cousin and has amassed an astonishing 3.5 million views since it was shared on April 1.

With her career as a cosmetic injector beginning in 2022, Pergine credits her family as her primary support system, jokingly referring to them as her “guinea pigs” during her training. “Now, they’re all on customised maintenance plans, and I like to think they’re my most loyal clients (and definitely the ones who keep me on my toes!),” she stated.
