The Kirk family attorney, Jeffrey Neiman, expressed their desire to have recorded evidence, specifically interview footage with Robinson’s roommate, publicly released to ensure full public awareness of the case.

Davis also noted that Twiggs’ initial interview occurred shortly after the shooting, on September 12, 2025, further establishing the timeline of investigations.
