In a picturesque celebration held at Viansa Winery in Sonoma, California, New York Jets safety Andre Cisco and his partner Savannah Spencer exchanged vows on July 2. The couple described their wedding as “a fairy tale” and “a dream come true,” emphasising the love-filled atmosphere that defined their special day.
The ceremony attracted 140 guests, including several NFL friends such as Micah Parsons and Tyson Campbell. Planned in collaboration with Elle Audrey Events and Flowers by Edgar, the celebrations featured a charming Italian vineyard theme, which was visually brought to life through lush floral installations and a serene colour palette of sage green and cream.

Savannah, 25, recalled her first encounter with the venue when she stumbled upon a striking photo on Pinterest. Captivated, she immediately shared her discovery with Andre, 26. To her delight, she learned that the beautiful Tuscan-style estate was located in California. “We scheduled time to go tour the venue and it was ours the minute we arrived,” she reflected.
The couple had specific desires for their venue, seeking a space that was visually stunning yet capable of standing on its own without excessive décor. Their choice proved to be perfect, embodying the romance of Italy while allowing for a personal touch during the ceremony. In a thoughtful decision, they implemented a no-phones policy to ensure that all guests could immerse themselves in the intimate occasion.
Amid heartfelt sentiments, Savannah’s twin brothers, Michael and Major, walked her down the aisle in honour of their late father, David. The ceremony included a poignant tribute to both the bride and groom’s fathers, who had passed away in recent years. Reserved front-row seats were left empty, symbolically dedicated to the deceased fathers, with their respective families laying floral arrangements on the seats during the processional.

At an arch adorned with floral designs, Savannah and Andre exchanged handwritten vows, delivered by Pastor Tim Timberlake from Celebration Church. The couple emphasised the importance of their marriage as a spiritual union, stating, “Getting married to us means honoring God in the purest way possible.” Their vows included a reference to Ecclesiastes 4:12, highlighting their desire to build a life together grounded in faith.
The celebration didn’t end with the ceremony. The reception featured a candlelit al fresco dinner serving Italian-inspired dishes, followed by a stunning tiramisu tower. As the evening progressed, an after-party, led by celebrity DJ David from Atlanta, lasted until the early hours of the morning. The couple had envisioned a vibrant dance floor experience, confident that the right music would be vital to the nostalgic ambiance they intended to create.
For their wedding attire, Andre made a stylish switch from his football uniform to a formal black tuxedo during the ceremony, later changing into a striking white suit for the reception. Savannah donned a custom gown designed by Pnina Tornai, revealing her long-held dream of wearing a creation from the designer, which was a fulfilment of her childhood fantasies inspired by the show “Say Yes to the Dress.” She later changed into a second reception dress designed by Galia Lahav.
The night before their wedding, the couple treated their guests to a Limoncello-themed welcome party at the luxurious MacArthur Place hotel. The evening was characterised by a “resort chic” dress code, offering attendees spritz cocktails and delicious light bites while setting the tone for the celebratory weekend.
Andre and Savannah first crossed paths in 2021 while he was beginning his NFL journey with the Jacksonville Jaguars, shortly after graduating from Syracuse University. Their connection blossomed through social media before transitioning to FaceTime calls as Savannah studied in Berlin. They formally began dating after she returned to the United States in early 2025. Andre’s proposal came six months later during what Savannah believed was a casual photo shoot in Napa.
Reflecting on their future, the couple expressed excitement about their shared journey ahead. “We are most excited about seeing how God decides to use us to further the Kingdom of God,” they stated, revealing their commitment to building a life of adventure and love, with hopes of creating a nurturing home for their future children.
As the couple embarks on this new chapter of their lives together, the wedding not only marked the beginning of their marriage but also a celebration of shared beliefs, cherished memories, and a hopeful outlook towards the adventures that lie ahead.
