Blake Shelton recently took a break from his own Las Vegas residency to show support for his wife, Gwen Stefani, and her band No Doubt, as they perform at the renowned Sphere venue. Shelton, who has been a prominent figure in the country music scene, attended one of the band’s highly anticipated shows on May 24. Following the concert, he took to Instagram to express his pride and excitement for both Stefani and the No Doubt members.

In a heartfelt post, the country star, now 49 years old, shared clips of the performance, praising the band’s efforts. “So proud of my wife @gwenstefani and the @nodoubt guys for working their asses off and putting on this hell of a show.. finally got a night off to see it.. un-freakin-real,” Shelton wrote. The post also showcased a touching moment when Shelton received a special No Doubt jacket after the concert, celebrating the night with his wife, who is 56 and has been married to Shelton since 2021.
No Doubt’s residency at the Sphere, which boasts an impressive capacity of 20,000, kicked off on May 6 and will run until June 13, featuring a total of 18 performances. Shelton’s own residency at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace recently concluded, with several of his concert dates coinciding with No Doubt’s shows. Despite the overlap, Shelton has maintained a light-hearted attitude towards the situation, joking about the friendly competition between him and his wife.
In an interview earlier this year with PEOPLE, Shelton referenced this rivalry, acknowledging the differences between their respective venues. He remarked, “Whether we both sell out, there’s a big difference in selling out the Sphere and selling out Caesars, so she’ll have that over my head.” His playful banter highlighted that the Colosseum, with its 4,000 seats, cannot quite match the grandeur of the Sphere.
Following the opening night of their residency, No Doubt took to Instagram to reflect on the incredible energy from the crowd. Their post expressed gratitude, stating, “Absolutely epic. Thank you for bringing your energy, ND tribute ‘fits, and hella good vibes. You turned this show into a memory we’ll carry forever.” The band’s enthusiasm about their Spring performances echoes the excitement palpable around their new venture.
The Sphere, a cutting-edge entertainment venue, has quickly become the focal point in Las Vegas for major performances, thanks to its state-of-the-art technology and immersive atmosphere. As the band settles into their residency, ticket sales have indicated strong demand, with fans eager to witness their favourite musicians in this unique setting.
Blake Shelton’s unwavering support for Gwen Stefani and No Doubt only adds to the excitement surrounding both of their performances this season. Their relationship and shared passion for music bring an added layer of intrigue to their respective residencies. Fans are not only treated to sensational shows but also to the heartfelt dynamic between two of music’s beloved couples.
As the weeks progress and No Doubt continues their residency, both Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani remain household names in the entertainment realm. Their individual talents and collective achievements speak to the rich tapestry of music and love they have woven together over the years. With their ongoing performances in Las Vegas, audiences can expect nothing less than unforgettable experiences filled with emotion, energy, and the magic of live music.
As they navigate this phase of their careers, both artists are set to leave a lasting impression on their fans, solidifying their legendary status in the music industry while simultaneously supporting each other’s artistic endeavours. The synergy of their talents continues to inspire many as they each take to their respective stages in the dazzling city of Las Vegas.
