The collision occurred at approximately 6:45 PM local time, as captured in footage obtained by ABC affiliate KABC. The fire engine veered off course, rolling over and striking the H&R Block office located at 10500 North McVine Avenue. During the incident, the vehicle also caused damage to two parked cars and ended up on top of a third vehicle.
According to a nearby restaurant employee, the incident was alarming. “I heard a loud explosion,” said the worker from Panda Express, who also described experiencing a tremor that shook the area upon impact.
