Human remains have been discovered at a property once rented by the family of Noel Rodriguez-Alvarez, a six-year-old boy who went missing in October 2022. Authorities in Everman, Texas, confirmed that the remains were located at the residence, as the investigation into Noel’s disappearance continues.

Noel was initially reported missing in March 2023 by family members who expressed concern for his safety. According to police reports, Noel was last seen in November 2022, shortly after the birth of his mother, Cindy Rodriguez-Singh’s, twins. It was during this time that troubling statements were attributed to Rodriguez-Singh; she reportedly described Noel as “possessed,” claiming he harboured a “demon” that posed a risk to the newborn twins.
Following a welfare check conducted by officers in March 2023, Rodriguez-Singh allegedly informed the police that Noel was staying with his father in Mexico. However, just two days after this encounter, she and the twins reportedly fled to India, embarking on a journey that would lead to her becoming a fugitive. The FBI later placed her on its Most Wanted list, highlighting the urgency surrounding the case.
As the investigation continued and more information came to light, it became clear that authorities believed Noel was deceased. In April 2023, police announced their conclusions regarding the case, further intensifying the search for evidence and clarification on his fate.
Everman Police Chief Al Brooks confirmed on May 13 that human remains had been recovered from the home where Noel was last known to reside with his family. At present, the Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office is working to identify the remains and determine whether they belong to Noel.
