Joseph was apprehended on March 18 in Tontitown, Arkansas, where he resides with his wife, Kendra Duggar. Following his arrest, Kendra was also charged with false imprisonment and child endangerment; however, these allegations are unrelated to Joseph’s ongoing case in Florida. Kendra has since been released on bond.

At present, Joseph remains in custody in Arkansas, and proceedings for his extradition to Florida are underway, where he will confront the molestation charges.
