The charges stem from an alleged incident during a vacation in Panama City Beach, Florida, where Joseph is accused of molesting a nine-year-old girl. According to reports, the child asserted that he had engaged in inappropriate sexual conduct with her.
Details from the BCSO outline the nature of the accusations, alleging that Joseph asked the girl to sit on his lap, where he subsequently touched her inappropriately under a blanket. It has been reported that Joseph admitted to these actions in a conversation with the girl’s father shortly after the allegations arose. The BCSO stated that, following the purported misconduct, Joseph apologised to the child, after which the incidents allegedly ceased.
Although Joseph initially faced numerous serious charges, including lewd and lascivious molestation of a minor and inappropriate behaviours by an adult, both he and Kendra now confront multiple counts of endangerment and false imprisonment.
