Reality TV star, Jen Shah, has been released from prison after serving 33 months behind bars for her involvement in a nationwide telemarketing fraud scheme. The former cast member of “The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” left the Federal Prison Camp in Bryan, Texas, in the early hours of Wednesday, Dec. 10, according to exclusive information obtained by PEOPLE.

After being arrested in March 2021 along with her assistant, Stuart Smith, Shah was charged with conspiracy to commit wire fraud and money laundering, to which she pleaded guilty in July 2022.
