Priscilla Presley, the former wife of the legendary Elvis Presley, is facing allegations of hiding a valuable jewelry collection and memorabilia worth over $25 million from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), according to a recent lawsuit. The claims were made by Priscilla’s ex-business partners, Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko, who accuse her of falsifying records.
In the lawsuit, it is asserted that Priscilla allegedly undervalued her extensive jewelry collection, stating it was valued at a mere $6,000 on a tax form submitted to the IRS in May 2023. However, Kruse and Fialko claim that the collection’s true worth exceeds $25 million. This collection is said to have been kept off-site by the manager of Graceland’s archives, the iconic home of Elvis Presley.

According to the legal documents obtained by PEOPLE, Priscilla’s former partners were in the process of finalizing a settlement involving Priscilla and another individual when they discovered the alleged discrepancies in the value of the jewelry collection. Upon learning of their intention to disclose the actual value to the IRS, Priscilla reportedly terminated their involvement.
In response to these serious allegations, Priscilla Presley’s attorney, Marty Singer, has been contacted for comment. Meanwhile, the lawsuit continues to unfold, shedding light on the complexities surrounding the management of the late Elvis Presley’s estate and assets.
These accusations come on the heels of previous claims made by Kruse and Fialko in August, suggesting that Priscilla disregarded her daughter Lisa Marie Presley’s well-being to assert control over Elvis Presley’s estate. Additionally, they accused Priscilla of exerting financial pressure on Elvis, allegedly contributing to his untimely passing in 1977.
Priscilla Presley, along with her granddaughter Riley Keough, issued a joint statement in September responding to the lawsuit, denying the allegations and emphasizing their commitment to preserving the family’s unity and legacy. Lisa Marie’s tragic death in 2023 brought further sorrow to the Presley family, who continue to navigate challenges both privately and in the public eye.
As the legal proceedings unfold, the spotlight remains on Priscilla Presley and the intricate dynamics surrounding the iconic Presley family. The unfolding saga serves as a reminder of the complexities that can arise in preserving a legacy as storied as Elvis Presley’s and the importance of transparency and integrity in managing vast estates and assets.
