The announcement came on July 24, when Chappell Roan shared the news on her Instagram account. These shows are an extension of her Vision of Damsels & Other Dangerous Things Tour, which commenced in Europe on May 30 at the Warsaw Festival. The singer expressed her enthusiasm for the upcoming shows, stating her desire to do something special for these three beloved cities before taking a hiatus to work on her next album.

In a bid to make the concert experience as fan-friendly as possible, Roan has put measures in place to keep ticket prices affordable and to deter scalpers. Partnering with Fair AXS, she aims to eliminate bots and scalpers during the ticket sale process. Fans using Cash App’s Visa debit card will also benefit from a 15% cashback offer on ticket purchases. The singer is committed to giving back, with a dollar from each ticket sold pledged to local charities supporting transgender youth in the respective cities.

The singer’s shows will be spread out over several days in each city, with four days in New York (Sept. 20-24) and two days each in Kansas City (Oct. 3-4) and Los Angeles (Oct. 10-11). Roan carefully selected these cities due to her personal connection to them, with lyrics from her songs reflecting her love for New York and Los Angeles. Born in Willard, Missouri, close to Kansas City, she feels a deep affinity for these locations.
Following recent sightings of Roan in New York City shooting a music video with a noticeable change in her appearance, speculation is rife among fans about the possible connection to her unreleased single “The Subway,” which she premiered at Governor’s Ball in 2024. The anticipation for new music from the Grammy-winning artist is high, with a teaser poster shared on Pop Base’s X account further fueling excitement.
The full list of Chappell Roan’s Vision of Damsels & Other Dangerous Things tour dates includes performances at iconic venues such as Forest Hills Stadium in New York, Museum and Memorial Park in Kansas City, and Brookside at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, California. With such a promising lineup and Roan’s dedication to delivering unforgettable performances, fans can expect nothing short of a musical extravaganza at these upcoming shows.
