The season premiere, scheduled for Friday, May 9, will feature a special tribute to Caliente, with a title card reading, “Forever Fabulous, Jiggy Caliente, 1980-2025.” Caliente, widely known by her stage name Bianca Castro, passed away on April 27 at the age of 44, after undergoing a leg amputation due to a severe infection, as announced by her family on Instagram.
Having previously appeared on All-Stars season 6 and finishing eighth on season 4 of RuPaul’s Drag Race, Caliente was a beloved figure in the drag community. She also served as a judge on Drag Race Philippines.
