Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex, recently took to social media to showcase a bountiful harvest from her own garden. The royal shared a series of Instagram Stories on a sunny day in late April, giving her followers a glimpse into her gardening endeavours.

In the Instagram Stories posted on April 29, Meghan displayed the fruits of her labour as she proudly carried a large woven basket filled with white roses that had just bloomed. The caption atop the video read, “End of day harvest đšđ,” indicating the successful outcome of her gardening efforts.

Not stopping at just flowers, Meghan then shared another clip of herself, slightly out of breath, holding the basket of flowers along with a smaller basket of oranges. The visual representation of her garden produce highlighted Meghan’s passion for gardening and nature.
After gathering her flowers and fruits, Meghan placed the baskets on the grass in her yard to capture a close-up video of the freshly picked white roses. In the background, her black Labrador, Pula, could be seen frolicking, adding a touch of joy to the serene setting.
But Pula was not alone in the garden escapade. Meghan’s beagle, Mamma Mia, also made an appearance in the Instagram Stories, sniffing around the baskets of oranges and strawberries, creating an endearing moment in the Duchess’s garden retreat.
Only two days prior to this garden revelation, Meghan had shared intimate photos of her two young children, Prince Archie, 5, and Princess Lilibet, 3, whom she shares with husband Prince Harry. The photos showcased the children’s vibrant red hair, undoubtedly inherited from their father, as they enjoyed a sunny day outdoors.
While Meghan is selective about sharing images of her children, she occasionally gives glimpses into their lives on special occasions. In March, she marked International Women’s Day by posting a never-before-seen photo of Lilibet being held by Prince Harry on a boat, symbolising the bond between father and daughter.
The Duchess’s garden posts and family snapshots offer a rare insight into her personal life, away from the public eye. They show a side of Meghan that is down-to-earth, nurturing, and deeply connected to her family and the natural world around her.
Meghan Markle’s green thumb and her dedication to her family exemplify a blend of royal responsibilities and genuine moments of joy and simplicity. Through her social media shares, she invites the world to appreciate the beauty of nature, family bonds, and the simple pleasures found in everyday moments.
