In a heartwarming display of love and family ties, Frank Catania Jr. and his wife Nicole Catania renewed their wedding vows on October 30 in Franklin Lakes, New Jersey. The celebrated event saw an array of Bravo personalities in attendance and was marked by an enchanting autumn theme, setting the scene for what the groom’s mother, Dolores Catania, described as a day resembling a fairy tale.
Frank Jr., the son of *The Real Housewives of New Jersey* star Dolores Catania, first tied the knot with Nicole, 31, in Portugal on August 1. The couple’s vow renewal was held nearly three months later, creating an opportunity for family and friends who were unable to attend the original ceremony to join in the celebration.

“It was a truly spectacular evening, surrounded by the most amazing people in our lives,” Frank Jr. expressed. “It was everything we could have dreamed of.” Dolores added, “The energy and love that filled this day was simply extraordinary.”
With around 300 guests in attendance, the couple’s celebration brought together a number of familiar faces from Bravo, including Melissa Gorga and Jennifer Fessler. Frank Jr. commented on the joy of having his parents, Dolores and Frank Catania, present during this momentous occasion. “Seeing them genuinely happy, celebrating alongside their significant others, meant the world to me,” he mentioned.
The vow renewal ceremony took place at Frank’s childhood church, which held significant emotional value for both him and his family. Dolores reminisced about watching her son walk down the aisle in a church where he had once served as an altar boy, making it a memorable event for them all. “It felt nostalgic to see Father John officiate the ceremony,” she recalled.
Dolores further explained that the New Jersey celebration enabled family members who could not travel abroad, especially grandparents, to partake in the couple’s happiness. “This nuptial blessing allowed everyone to come together and celebrate their love in a meaningful way,” she added.
Following the ceremony, the festivities flowed into an evening of dinner and dancing at the Indian Trail Club, a venue filled with cherished childhood memories for Frank Jr. The couple incorporated a seasonal ambiance, with autumnal decor designed by Premier Events by Reema, complemented by an array of pumpkins thanks to Piled Pumpkins.
Diners were treated to a family-style feast featuring charcuterie and harvest salads, a duet entrée of Chilean sea bass and filet mignon, and a beautifully crafted three-tier wedding cake from Vincenzo Salvatore Cakes. Describing the experience, Frank Jr. said, “The food was absolutely spectacular. Everything was incredible, and the team at Indian Trail Club exceeded all of our expectations.”
The evening was full of entertainment, courtesy of the Jordan Kahn Music Company’s Manhattan Orchestra, which kept the dance floor energetic and lively. Dolores remarked on the band’s ability to rekindle connections among attendees, noting that it encouraged old friends to reunite and celebrate together.
A surprising twist of the night came when singing waiters entertained guests with an enthusiastic medley of popular songs, which sparked joyous sing-alongs and set a lively tone for the celebration. Dolores noted that this unexpected performance provided an unforgettable kick-off to the event.
Among the most cherished moments of the evening was a dance shared between Frank Jr. and his grandmother, a moment he had long anticipated. “To finally share that dance with her, surrounded by family and friends, was a memory I’ll treasure forever,” he stated.
The celebration culminated with a spectacular drone show, designed by SkyDart, which illuminated the night sky with a tribute to the couple, making the event feel particularly personal. Dolores praised the effort, highlighting the sentiment behind it.
This memorable occasion was orchestrated by wedding planner JoAnn Gregoli from Elegant Occasions, who had also been instrumental in the couple’s initial wedding in Portugal. Dolores commended her for the seamless planning and attention to detail that made the vow renewal a resounding success.
Nicole wore the same wedding dress for the vow renewal that she had chosen for their initial ceremony in Portugal, while Frank Jr. opted for a classic black tux, differing from the tan suit worn for the first wedding. The attention to detail and effort put into every element of the day ensured that it remained a unique and personal celebration for the couple and their loved ones.
Reflecting on their journey, Frank Jr. proposed to Nicole at St. Patrick’s Cathedral in New York City in February 2025. The couple, whose bond has continued to deepen, shared that their wedding in Portugal and this subsequent celebration in New Jersey have significantly strengthened their connection with family and each other.
