Among the offerings is the Deep Fried Turkey Gobbler sandwich, which has gained a reputation as a seasonal favourite. This sandwich consists of a quarter pound of thick-sliced, deep-fried turkey, nestled within a toasted sub bun. It is complemented by crispy onions, melted Swiss cheese, traditional stuffing, a cranberry spread, and a dollop of mayonnaise—ingredients that aim to encapsulate the essence of a classic Thanksgiving feast.
In addition to the Gobbler, the menu includes the Deep Fried Turkey Club. This variation features a quarter pound of the same deep-fried turkey, accompanied by crispy bacon, cheddar cheese, fresh tomato, lettuce, and mayonnaise, all served on a toasted sub bun. Both sandwiches are touted as delivering the comforting flavours typically associated with the holiday season, allowing customers to enjoy a festive meal without the hassle of meal preparation.

The return of these sandwiches is reported to have been driven by popular demand, underscoring their status among Arby’s loyal customer base. The chain noted in a press release that the revival of the Thanksgiving-themed sandwiches has become a cherished tradition for many, offering a sense of seasonal comfort while sparing patrons from the stress of cooking and cleaning during the holidays.
Customers can conveniently order the sandwiches either in-store, via drive-thru, or through online services and the Arby’s app. This widespread availability is intended to cater to the convenience of modern diners, particularly during the busy festive season.

Arby’s isn’t the only brand embracing the Thanksgiving spirit, as multiple retailers have begun to unveil their seasonal meal deals in anticipation of the holiday. Grocery chains like Aldi, Target, and Costco have each announced their unique Thanksgiving offerings. For instance, Costco is marketing a Thanksgiving dinner option for eight people, weighing in at 30 lbs, currently available for £199.99—£70 less than its usual price. This substantial meal includes a 5-lb turkey breast, mashed potatoes, and an assortment of sides, plus desserts like apple cobbler and pumpkin pie.
Target is also enticing shoppers with its own deal: a meal for six priced at £30, effectively £5 per person. This package includes a whole turkey, green beans, and a take-and-bake baguette, ideal for those seeking a budget-friendly festive option. Meanwhile, Aldi offers a remarkable deal with a 16-lb turkey and sides suitable for ten people at just under £39, catering to families and larger gatherings looking to enjoy a celebratory Thanksgiving without overspending.
In a related move, Arby’s has also recently brought back its steak nuggets for a limited time, initially introduced in August. These nuggets are seasoned with garlic and pepper and are available alongside a new Horsey Ranch sauce, which combines ranch dressing with the fast-food chain’s signature sauce. Alongside, the chain has debuted a potato bowl featuring crispy potatoes and cheese, as well as a steak ‘n mac bowl, which includes white cheddar macaroni and cheese and crispy onions.
With the Deep Fried Turkey lineup making its return, Arby’s continues to engage customers looking for festive alternatives this season. The reintroduction of such beloved menu items is part of a larger trend in the fast food industry to embrace seasonal flavours and popular demands, ensuring diners have ready-made festive meals as they approach the holiday hustle and bustle.
