The owner of the wildlife control company, Randall Kennedy, who is often referred to as “Rattlesnake Randall,” highlighted that the occurrence of snake calls tends to rise during this time of year. With over 30 years of experience, he noted that he has seen similar situations, but the sheer volume of snakes in this case was astonishing.

As she began the removal process, Taber seemed to regain her composure. She later remarked, “My nerves calmed down once I saw the snakes. And it kind of got exciting.” Despite initially feeling the need for assistance, she managed to single-handedly wrangle every one of the rattlesnakes that had nested under the house before Kennedy even arrived on the scene.

When Kennedy reached the site and learned of Taber’s success, he commended her bravery, acknowledging the challenges involved in confronting such a large gathering of venomous reptiles. The wildlife control team later celebrated her achievement in a Facebook post, which was accompanied by a video capturing the unsettling sight of a pile of rattlesnakes. They applauded her efforts, stating, “Job well done Sheila!!!”
