**Eve Reflects on ‘Scorpion’ Anniversary as She Prepares for UK and European Tour**

The Grammy-winning rapper Eve is gearing up to celebrate the 25th anniversary of her influential album ‘Scorpion’ with an upcoming tour across the UK and Europe this October. As part of her preparations, she recently participated in a unique event in Los Angeles, collaborating with Spotify and Depop to showcase her personal fashion collection.
On 13th August, Eve joined other artists at the Hollywood Premiere Motel, each curating a room filled with items from their wardrobes which were later made available for purchase on Depop. During the event, Eve shared her intentions behind the collection. “I wanted to do a bit of a high and low in a way, because I wear everything. I don’t just wear super high-end labels,” she explained. Her curated pieces included a custom rhinestoned AC/DC t-shirt, a Balmain dress, and a bomber jacket from the 2025 Gumball 3000 motor rally, an event founded by her husband, Maximillion Cooper.
When asked about her husband’s thoughts on her decision to part with some items, Eve expressed that he was supportive. “He actually was like, ‘Oh, that’s kind of cool,’” she said, adding with a smile, “I did take a look to see how many of the driver jackets we had before I gave that jacket, and we had about three more, so it was fine.”
The Los Angeles event also included an energetic performance from Eve, where she delivered crowd-pleasing hits such as “Who’s That Girl?” and “Tambourine”. This celebration comes just a few months after the silver anniversary of ‘Scorpion’, an album that debuted in 2001 and produced significant tracks that resonate to this day.
‘Scorpion’, which achieved platinum status, included the Billboard Hot 100 hit “Let Me Blow Ya Mind” featuring Gwen Stefani. The song earned both artists a Grammy Award for Best Rap/Sung Collaboration, solidifying Eve’s position in the music industry. Reflecting on the lasting impact of the album, Eve noted, “You don’t really think about it like that, but I am so grateful for the impact that it’s had. I feel really lucky as an artist that my music is still around and people still want to hear it.”
Eve’s life now is markedly different from when she first released ‘Scorpion’. Since marrying Cooper in June 2014, the couple welcomed their son, Wilde Wolf, and Eve has taken on the role of stepmother to Cooper’s four children: Jagger, Lotus, Mini, and Cash. She shared a touching anecdote: “My stepchildren, my bonus kids, they will send me videos of themselves now in the club when [my songs] come on, and I’m like, ‘That’s so cool.’”
Looking ahead to her UK and European tour, Eve plans to deliver an experience that reflects both her past and present. “It’s going to be a tour and a performance that celebrates my career,” she stated. Besides her classic hits, she teased fans with the promise of performing songs that she has never done live before.
With a focus on maintaining a vibrant atmosphere, Eve added, “We want to mostly keep it a high energy, great vibe type of show. But yeah, there will be a few surprises.” While her current tour schedule does not include stops in the United States, she hinted that future plans could lead to a spring or summer visit. “We’ll see,” she remarked, expressing her desire to stay close to home as her son prepares to start “big school” soon.
