Khadijah Haqq has taken legal action against her estranged husband, Bobby McCray, seeking both spousal and child support following their separation. The couple, who were married for 13 years and share three children—Christian, 15, Celine, 12, and Kapri, 5—are now embroiled in a legal dispute over financial obligations.

In court documents reviewed by PEOPLE, Haqq, 43, requests a monthly spousal support payment of £2,033, as well as a lump sum of £100,000 earmarked for legal expenses. She has filed for the court to determine an appropriate child support amount that McCray, 45, should contribute for their children.
