Jodie Foster, measuring 15 feet in length and weighing in at 110 pounds, had previously undergone surgery for a cancerous tumour located on her jaw. Unfortunately, the tumour reappeared after the initial operation, complicating her ability to eat and threatening her life. Special measures, such as heated blankets and warmed air, were put in place to ensure her body temperature remained stable throughout the lengthy 90-minute operation.
