Body of Girl, 10, Found in River, 2 Days After Her Friend, a 10-Year-Old Boy, Drowned

A comprehensive operation involving county search teams, local police, and state agencies mobilised helicopters, boats, sonar technology, drones, and cadaver dogs to search a nine-mile stretch of the river.

Her remains were eventually located under the Market Street Bridge, not far from the area where the children had entered the water.
