Rapper Cardi B marked a significant milestone as her daughter Kulture Kiari turned eight this past weekend. The celebrations, held in Orlando, centred around a vibrant Care Bear-themed party that featured a stunning cake crafted specifically for the occasion. The extravagant cake, measuring 3.5 feet tall and consisting of four tiers, was designed by renowned Tampa-based cake artist Kristina Lavallee, popularly known as The Cake Girl.

The cake was a sight to behold, adorned in rainbow colours and embellished with over 700 intricate sugar flowers, white fondant clouds, swirling rainbows, yellow stars, and an eye-catching glitter finish. Topping off the confectionery masterpiece was a pink numeral eight, and strategically placed in front of the cake were seven Care Bear figures, each holding a letter that collectively spelled out “Kulture.”

Lavallee dedicated an impressive 28 hours to the creation of this bespoke birthday cake, incorporating layers of rainbow cake filled with a “sprinkle explosion.” She expressed her gratitude for being entrusted once again with such a special occasion, noting Cardi B’s commitment to ensuring her children have memorable celebrations.

“Working with Cardi to realise her visions is always a delight. I understand how deeply she cares about her children, which makes this work all the more meaningful for me,” Lavallee stated.
The rapper shared glimpses of the festivities with her followers on Instagram, providing a behind-the-scenes look that highlighted Kulture’s joy. In a carousel of photos and videos, the birthday girl donned a pretty baby blue dress embellished with flowers, complemented by matching gloves. One of the snapshots captured Kulture on a private jet, accompanied by another Care Bear-themed cake featuring a purple Care Bear.
In her heartfelt tribute to Kulture, Cardi B wrote on Instagram: “Happy birthday to my sweet beautiful firstborn @kulturekiari … just the most kind-hearted girl in the world. My real-life bestie! A TIME WAS HAD !! Ooo and of course @thecakegirl for the amazing cakes.”
As the celebrations unfolded, a touching video showcased family and friends gathered around the cake, singing “Happy Birthday.” Cardi B lifted her beaming daughter, exclaiming, “You’re 8!” before encouraging her to blow out the candles.
Kulture is Cardi B’s eldest child with her estranged husband Offset, and the couple also shares a son, Wave Set, aged four, along with daughter Blossom Belle, who is 22 months old. Cardi B recently welcomed another son, just eight months old, with NFL player Stefon Diggs.
In previous interviews, Cardi has highlighted Kulture’s unique personality. She described her daughter as “very vibrant,” with a fondness for colourful and graphic styles, expressing an affinity for rainbows and flowers. “She’s a very girly girl,” Cardi noted, emphasising her daughter’s lively approach to fashion.
Earlier this year, Cardi also shed light on the importance she places on Kulture’s education. In an interview with Allure, she asserted that while her daughter had accompanied her on some tour dates, school remained the top priority. “Kulture’s in school, and her school don’t play that,” she explained.
Looking ahead, Cardi B has articulated her aspirations for her children, aiming to instill values that encourage them to strive for excellence. In an October 2025 podcast appearance, she expressed her desire for her kids to become “better than me.” She recognised that while achieving perfection is unattainable, she wishes to instil a solid foundation of ambition and integrity in her children.
As Kulture embraces her new age, the celebrations orchestrated by Cardi B reflect both a deep devotion to her daughter and a commitment to nurturing her growth as a vibrant individual. With all the joy and creativity that characterised this special day, it is clear that Kulture’s 8th birthday will be a cherished memory for years to come.
