Ripa, 55, accompanied the montage with a sweet caption that read: “Happy birthday to the love of our lives @theyoungestyung! However, Ripa noted with humour that their daughter, who currently resides in London, might not even see the tribute. “Oh my gosh! She lives in London, she won’t even see this! They poked fun at her for not maintaining her room’s tidiness while staying at her parents’ home. Ripa referred to the state of Lola’s bedroom during the visit, remarking, “That was wild, what was going on in there? I kept hoping that she would, at some point, go into her closet and take some of that with [her] or donate it.”
Consuelos also took the opportunity to address Lola about her messy room. He questioned her about leaving belongings behind and warned her of the future implications of her untidy habits. “You’re going to be responsible for younger people, theoretically, at some point. So, you need to get this under control, or you’re gonna raise a bunch of [kids who do] this,” he cautioned.
Lola’s cheeky response came quickly: “Dad, it’s 6:30 in the morning. You’re talking to me about my kids?” To which Consuelos replied, “They’re not here yet. God willing, they’ll come someday. But you’re gonna have to get this managed at some point.”
