In a tragic incident in Toledo, Ohio, an 18-year-old high school student, identified as Angel, was shot and left paralysed during an attempted robbery. The bullet then penetrated her side and lodged in her chest.

Unfortunately, the incident resulted in Angel suffering a spinal fracture at the 12th vertebra, leading to her paralysis.
