A 25-year-old man from Texas has been indicted on serious felony charges following claims that he administered abortion medication to a pregnant woman without her consent, leading to the tragic death of her unborn child. Demeter faces charges related to the performance of an abortion and causing injury to a child. Initially, after his arrest on February 23, he was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
