Man Arrested After 3 Slain Family Members, Including Nearly-Decapitated Boy, Found Zip-Tied in Their Home

A father from Alabama has been arrested in connection with the tragic killings of a mother and her two children. William Graham Oliver, aged 54, faces eight counts of capital murder following the brutal slayings that occurred on April 19 in Wilmer, Alabama.
