YouTube has taken action against the controversial influencer known as Clavicular, also known as Braden Peters, by removing additional channels linked to him after his original account was terminated last year. The decision comes amid ongoing scrutiny of his online behaviour and the extreme content he promotes, particularly in relation to the “looksmaxxing” community. The platform has suspended these channels for violating its rules regarding content creation following termination.

In a statement, a YouTube representative confirmed that the creator’s original channel was banned in November 2025 due to content that facilitated access to illegal or regulated goods and services. “Creators whose accounts are terminated are not allowed to create or manage new channels,” the spokesperson remarked. The removal of these additional channels was described as part of a routine enforcement of YouTube’s policies, as Peters had attempted to obscure his links to the suspended content.
According to an insider at YouTube, the company discovered the new accounts during an internal investigation prompted by various escalating concerns over Peters’ actions. The insider stated that Clavicular had been successful in hiding his connection to these channels until they were investigated further. Once YouTube confirmed their link to him, the decision was made to remove them for “circumvention” of the original ban. The platform is reportedly keeping a closer watch on Peters to ensure he does not attempt to create further accounts.
In response to the removals, Peters expressed his dismay on social media platform X, describing the incident as “very sad” and lamenting that his channels were removed without warning or explanation. He claimed that the channels included livestream archives and educational content aimed at helping young men to become better versions of themselves. Despite his challenges, Peters continues to maintain a significant online presence, boasting over 1 million followers collectively across social media platforms like TikTok, Kick, and Instagram.
The influencer has garnered attention through his promotion of “looksmaxxing,” a controversial subculture focusing on extreme physical enhancements. Peters has openly discussed using potentially dangerous substances such as testosterone and anabolic steroids to achieve his desired appearance. He has also candidly mentioned substance use for appetite suppression, including methamphetamine. Disturbingly, he claimed that years of steroid use have resulted in him being infertile.
Peters’ methods have raised significant concern among health professionals, particularly regarding his alleged practice of what is termed “bone smashing,” an extreme procedure involving physical self-harm in a bid to reshape facial structure. Medical experts have cautioned that such methods not only carry inherent health risks but also that supposed changes might necessitate repeated actions due to the body’s natural healing processes.
In addition to his online activity, Peters runs an academy termed “Clavicular’s Clan,” where he offers guides purported to guarantee physical transformation. However, this venture has not shielded him from controversy or legal issues. Earlier in the year, he faced two arrests for separate incidents, one of which involved public allegations of battery following a confrontation streamed online.
Peters has also dealt with issues regarding drugs and forged instruments, although in this case, prosecutors decided against filing charges. A particularly concerning incident occurred in April when he was hospitalised after a suspected overdose during a livestream, a situation he later described as “brutal.”
