Kylie Kelce, a podcaster and mother of four, recently shared her insights into what career paths might lie ahead for her daughters during a special segment of her podcast, “Not Gonna Lie.” In the bonus clip, the 34-year-old discussed her children’s budding personalities and how these traits might shape their future roles in society.

Kylie is married to retired NFL player Jason Kelce, and together they have four daughters: Wyatt, 6, Elliotte, 5, Bennett, 2, and the youngest, Finnley, who is just one year old. During the “Ask Me Somethings” segment, a viewer’s question prompted her to reflect on the potential career aspirations of each of her daughters, based on their individual characteristics.
Starting with her eldest, Wyatt, Kylie described her as a natural leader. “Wyatt has a strong personality and wants to tell others what to do,” she explained, illustrating the qualities that could make her an effective leader in the future. The mother of four speculated that Wyatt might one day pursue a career as a CEO or possibly a nurse, due to her ongoing curiosity about medical matters. “Those qualities will set her up well, especially if she gets involved in team sports,” Kylie added, highlighting the importance of teamwork in her daughter’s development.

Next in line is Elliotte, affectionately known as Ellie. Kylie conveyed that Ellie is inclined to follow her passions wherever they may lead. Her producer Emma suggested that Ellie might become a zookeeper, a guess Kylie found quite reasonable given her daughter’s love for animals. However, upon further contemplation, Kylie deduced Ellie might pursue a career as an artist. “She is deeply engaged when creating art, and that brings her immense joy,” Kylie remarked. “Whether as a profession or a hobby, I can’t wait to see the wonderful things she creates.”
As for her other daughter, Bennett, Kylie was confident in her belief that Bennett is destined for the entertainment industry. “Bennie will perform, whether that’s on a grand scale or something more intimate,” she explained. “She knows who she is and isn’t hesitant to express it, which makes it evident that performance will be part of her life in some capacity.”
Then there is Finnley, the youngest daughter, who is still too young to exhibit any distinctive career aspirations. Kylie admitted that predicting Finnley’s future was more challenging. “Honestly, any guess is as good as mine,” she joked, although she speculated that Finnley might be drawn to a more serious profession, perhaps becoming a lawyer or even a judge, thanks to her tendency to make “judgy faces”.
Throughout the discussion, Kylie’s light-hearted commentary revealed her deep affection for her daughters and pride in their personalities and potential. By considering the unique traits of each child, she offered a glimpse into not only her hopes for their futures but also a recognition of their individuality.
Kylie’s insights resonate with many parents who see their children develop and wonder what paths they might choose as they grow older. The excitement and anticipation of watching their children carve out their identities can be both joyful and daunting.
In a further exploration of their family dynamic, Kylie emphasised the importance of supporting her daughters as they navigate their aspirations. “It’s crucial for me to encourage them in whatever direction they choose,” she commented. This nurturing approach may provide the foundation they need to explore their interests and ultimately make fulfilling career choices.
As the Kelce family continues to grow, Kylie and Jason appear committed to fostering an environment where their daughters feel empowered to pursue their dreams. Whether as leaders, artists, entertainers, or future professionals, it is clear that the Kelce girls will have a wealth of opportunities ahead of them, bolstered by the strong support from their parents.
