WWE superstars Becky Lynch and Seth Rollins are stepping into the coffee industry with the launch of their new brand, AMO Coffee. Set to debut online on April 20, 2024, and at Dayglow cafes in Los Angeles, New York, and Chicago, the couple shared insights about their inspiration and their upcoming appearance at WrestleMania 42.

In an exclusive interview with PEOPLE, Lynch and Rollins revealed their partnership with the renowned Los Angeles-based coffee company, Dayglow. AMO Coffee will feature an impressive range of single-origin coffees from Colombia, Ethiopia, and Ecuador, alongside creative flavour blends. Among the offerings are bold selections like Watermelon Candy, Tropic Passion, and Shortbread Cookie. Rollins explained that the unique names stem from their tasting experiences, aiming to introduce an element of fun and surprise to the coffee world.
Two special flavour blends, dubbed “tag team” combos, are also part of the AMO Coffee lineup. Fruit Punch, a mix of Colombian coffees, offers a refreshing and fruity taste reminiscent of summer, while Chocolate Strawberry combines Ecuadorian and Ethiopian coffees for a rich dessert-like profile with layers of ganache and berries.

The couple’s journey into coffee is intertwined with their personal history, as it blossomed during their time travelling together for WWE events. Having met in this “travelling circus,” as Rollins described it, they bonded over their shared passion for exploring local coffee shops. Lynch, known off the ring as Rebecca Quin, and Rollins, whose real name is Colby Lopez, began dating in May 2019, married in 2021, and welcomed their daughter, Roux, in 2020.
Reflecting on their shared experience, Lynch noted, “We found the world’s 100 best coffee shops and started checking them off. We eventually wanted to create our own list because our experiences didn’t always align with the rankings.” Their shared love for coffee has motivated them to compile a list of their favourite spots, which continues to grow.

For Lynch and Rollins, coffee is more than just a morning ritual; it’s a pivotal part of their daily routine. Lynch insists that each day must begin with their coffee ritual before anything else. “Let’s have that experience together, and then we can get to work. But nothing happens before that,” she explained. When it comes to her ideal cup, Lynch enjoys variety. “Sometimes a pourover is exactly what you need. Other times it’s an espresso. I always love something bright and fruity,” she added.
Rollins also has a deep appreciation for coffee beyond pleasure; he operates two coffee shops in his hometown of Davenport, Iowa. He emphasised the importance of craftsmanship in every cup, stating, “I love coffee that is crafted with care and love. The experience with the barista can often separate the good from the great.” For him, coffee is about developing a connection with the culture and individuals behind it.
The AMO Coffee launch aligns perfectly with their return to the ring, as both Lynch and Rollins prepare for WrestleMania 42 in Las Vegas on April 18. Lynch is gearing up to reclaim her title in a match against her long-standing rival, AJ Lee, while Rollins, recovering from a serious shoulder injury sustained last year, is ready to face Gunther in his first match back.
“It’s business as usual for me. I’m going to take back my title because I never really lost it; it was stolen from me,” Lynch asserted. Rollins echoed her sentiments, mentioning that he is focused on achieving peak physical condition while launching AMO Coffee. “This exciting time for fans, with our joint venture, makes WrestleMania even more special,” he said.
As the couple embarks on this new venture, they remain passionate about sharing the joys of coffee with others. “We really just want to give something that we love to other people. It has been a labour of love,” Rollins concluded, hinting at the personal significance behind their brand’s name, AMO, which translates to “I love you” in Spanish.
Fans eager to get a taste of AMO Coffee can sample their offerings at the World of Coffee event in San Diego from April 10-12, prior to the online launch. With their entrance into the coffee world, Lynch and Rollins not only celebrate a shared passion but also add a new dimension to their already dynamic careers.
