This situation arises after a thorough internal investigation revealed allegations of an inappropriate relationship between her and a former student.

The Peoria Unified School District, where Beck has been employed at Centennial High School, released a statement on April 1 affirming that they conducted a rigorous investigation in accordance with Title IX regulations. Findings from this investigation reportedly suggest that Beck engaged in what the district has termed “grooming” behaviour, leading to a sexual relationship with a student, which has resulted in a recommendation for her dismissal.
In a formal document detailing the charges, it was claimed that Beck offered sexual services to a former student on multiple occasions. The investigation also indicated that she proposed to purchase alcohol for the student and sent a sum of $630 via Apple Pay. The investigation revealed that there were over 4,000 text messages exchanged between Beck and the student during a short period spanning from June to August 2025. Notably, the student was 18 years old at the time these communications occurred.
On March 11, a Title IX decision-maker associated with the school district officially recommended Beck’s termination. This conclusion was drawn based on the serious nature of the allegations, which included the claim that a sexual relationship had developed between Beck and the student. Despite the student being of legal age to give consent, the decision-maker highlighted that Beck’s actions were deemed predatory due to the financial exchanges involved in their interactions.
The governing board of the Peoria Unified School District convened on March 26 and subsequently approved a statement of charges to initiate the termination process for Beck. Following the emergence of the allegations from the Peoria Police Department regarding her involvement with a student, she was placed on administrative leave in August 2025.
As part of the ongoing investigation into the matter, the Peoria Police Department has shared its findings with the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office to ascertain whether criminal charges should be pursued. A spokesperson for the attorney’s office stated that the police initially recommended a charge of pandering, although this case was subsequently returned to them for further inquiry.
Haley Beck has managed to maintain a relatively low profile compared to her TikTok celebrity brother, Noah, who has amassed over 33 million followers on the platform and has starred in projects such as the film “Sidelined: The QB and Me.” Despite her unassuming public presence, she has appeared alongside Noah in a number of videos since he gained fame in 2020. These included a TikTok video that received over 3 million likes and an appearance on his podcast, “Put a Sock in It,” in May 2022.
