A masked intruder, armed and using a voice manipulator to mimic Batman, assaulted her in her own home. The assailant subjected her to physical violence, sexual assault, and left her tied up and vulnerable outside. The trauma of the night was compounded when Rodney appeared shortly after the attack, feigning concern. The initial shock and confusion soon led Morgan to suspect her ex-husband’s involvement.
