A 14-year-old boy from Wyoming has been charged with first-degree murder following the tragic death of his mother, Theresa McIntosh. The incident occurred on Saturday, 7 March, in Cheyenne, where authorities responded to a report of a woman found with a gunshot wound to the head.

Upon arrival at the scene in the 2300 block of Pine Avenue, deputies discovered McIntosh, aged 41, unconscious yet breathing. She had suffered a gunshot wound to the back of her head.
