Dr. Cletus Iwuagwu, a 71-year-old doctor, has been reported missing in Ohio shortly after his return home from the hospital. The Lucas County Sheriff’s Office is actively investigating the case, which has left his family and community deeply concerned about his whereabouts.

However, confusion arose as his daughter received location updates on her phone but was unable to locate him physically.
