In the latest episode of *The Kardashians*, aired on 15 October, Khloé sat down with her mother, Kris Jenner, to discuss her daughter True’s fascination with the embryos Khloé has stored. True, aged eight, has reportedly named the frozen embryo “Tyla” and has voiced her desire for a younger sister, which has sparked conversation around the topic.
Despite appreciating the name True has chosen and being open to the idea of having another daughter, Khloé is hesitant about going through the challenges of pregnancy again. “I own the embryo outright. Don’t even need to tell Tristan,” she stated, referring to her ex-partner with whom she shares True and their four-year-old son, Tatum. However, she candidly admits, “I don’t know if I have the bandwidth to have another baby.”

In a confessional segment, Khloé elaborated on her internal conflict regarding the possibility of further expanding her family. It’s a sentiment shared by many parents, highlighting the emotional complexities involved in family planning. “It definitely bums me out that True might not have a sister,” she admitted, adding that her own experiences have shaped her views on sibling dynamics. Khloé expressed a strong belief that every girl deserves a sister, yet she is also acutely aware of the realities of motherhood and aging.
Reflecting on her past relationships, Khloé acknowledged that her experiences have left emotional scars. “I’m not someone that, like — I’m not gonna ‘woe is me’ about the trauma,” she remarked, indicating a desire to find stability moving forward. She emphasised the importance of entering future relationships without the necessity of having children, stating, “What is ideal is being with someone else and not necessarily needing to have kids with that person.”
The realities of managing a blended family weighed heavily on her mind as well. “I don’t want me and my husband to have kids and then my kids feel like, ‘Oh, we’re not as important because their daddy lives in this house,’ or whatever,” she explained. Khloé articulated concerns over potential disruptions that could arise within her household, underscoring her commitment to providing a nurturing environment for her children.
Khloé also reflected on the implications of marriage when children are involved, considering how separation could complicate family dynamics. “Marriage, you can divorce them. If you don’t have kids, you don’t have to see them again,” she stated, providing insight into her careful approach to future relationships and parenting.
Earlier this month, during an episode of her podcast *Khloé in Wonder Land*, she revealed True’s ongoing desire for a sibling. “All True does —she wants a sister,” Khloé shared with her guest, Paige DeSorbo. She went on to confirm the existence of an embryo stored “in the freezer”, but reiterated her uncertainty about the decision, questioning whether it’s a conventional expectation for girls to need sisters.
Given the emotional complexity surrounding her choices and family structure, Khloé Kardashian’s candid reflections on motherhood resonate with many. As she navigates her current family dynamics while contemplating future possibilities, it is clear that her priorities revolve around creating a supportive and harmonious environment for her children.
