A tragic incident at a block party in Vienna, Georgia, has left two young men dead and over 30 people injured following a shooting that erupted in the early hours of Sunday, October 4. The gathering was part of Dooly County High School’s homecoming weekend, drawing in more than 1,000 attendees to celebrate.

The shooting occurred around 1:25 AM on Pine Street when significant gunfire was unleashed, reportedly resulting in as many as 50 shots being fired. Local law enforcement from the Dooly County Sheriff’s Office was on patrol at the event and responded swiftly as chaos ensued.
