Anthony Bourdain’s “Kitchen Confidential” Gets New Collector’s Edition, Featuring Rare Photographs (Exclusive)

Originally published in 2000, Bourdain’s memoir provides an unvarnished look at the life of a chef working in the demanding and often chaotic environment of high-end restaurants.
