**Sarah Jane Nader Launches Limited-Edition Fashion Collection with Express**

Sarah Jane Nader, known for her reality television appearances and modelling career, has unveiled a new limited-edition collection in collaboration with fashion brand Express. Released on September 23, the collection is deeply personal and is inspired by Nader’s life experiences and distinctive style, which embraces both masculine and feminine aesthetics.

At just 24 years old, Nader has already made a significant impact in the fashion scene. Her partnership with Express is particularly meaningful as she grew up shopping at the brand. In a statement, she expressed her gratitude for the creative freedom she was given during the design process, describing it as a “surreal” experience. “My style has evolved as I have, and I’ve learned to embrace both my masculine and feminine sides. I wanted this collection to reflect all of that and, more than anything, make you put something on and think, ‘damn, I feel hot in this,’” Nader explained.

The collection features various items that carry personal significance for Nader, with some pieces named in honour of important people in her life. For example, she has included a crawfish brooch as a nod to her Louisiana roots. “My family and where I come from have shaped so much of my style, and I love that you can see pieces of all of them throughout the collection. It feels like a little scrapbook of my life, just one you can wear,” she remarked.

Nader worked closely with the Express team throughout the entire creative process. Drawing on her experience as a model, she gained a newfound appreciation for the meticulous decisions involved in designing a collection. “There are so many tiny decisions that ultimately make something feel effortless. It’s incredibly collaborative,” she noted, praising the expertise of the Express team while also highlighting how they respected her vision.

In designing her collection, Nader sought inspiration from her three sisters: Brooks, Mary Holland, and Grace Ann. Each sister has a piece named after her, adding another layer of meaning to the collection. For instance, she describes the “Brooksie Dress” as embodying the playful yet strong spirit of her sister Brooks. “It’s sexy and playful and definitely knows how to make an entrance,” she said.

Mary Holland, who is currently busy launching her own brand, inspired the full “Mae look,” featuring a blazer, vest, and pant outfit that balances professional polish with casual coolness. Nader explained that this look is perfect for transitioning from office meetings to dinner outings without needing a change of attire. As for Grace Ann, Nader finds that the “Gan vest” encapsulates her sister’s nickname, showcasing a fun and wild style ideal for nights out in New York.

With her collection, Nader hopes to inspire shoppers to discover their own versions of confidence. The variety within the line caters to diverse preferences, featuring both feminine and structured masculine pieces. “I love that fashion gives us permission to play with all of the different sides of ourselves,” she commented, emphasising the importance of self-expression through clothing.

Following her recent stint on Season 35 of *Dancing with the Stars*, Nader is eager to embrace the autumn season. She highlighted her love for layering and mixing textures, particularly the transformative power of a great jacket or blazer. Nader’s appearance on the show, where she formed a same-sex partnership with pro dancer Hailey Bills, marked a significant moment in the programme’s history.

Nader expressed her appreciation for participating in one of the few female-female pairings on the show, a chance she views as both an honour and an opportunity to represent queer women in mainstream media. “I wanted people watching at home, especially younger people who maybe haven’t always seen themselves represented in these spaces, to see two women dancing together and have it just feel exciting and beautiful and most importantly, normal,” she said. Hearing from viewers who felt represented by their partnership was among the most rewarding aspects of her experience.

While Nader and Bills didn’t get to showcase all of their routines, the experience taught Nader invaluable lessons about stepping outside her comfort zone. “I learned that I really can throw myself into something completely outside my comfort zone and just go for it,” she reflected, acknowledging that the challenges of dancing had ultimately boosted her self-confidence.
