A 47-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a tragic road-rage incident in Texas that resulted in the death of a five-year-old girl. Jeremy Porter faces a charge of capital murder following the shooting, which took place on Saturday evening.

The victim, Zah’Layah Walter, was in a vehicle operated by her mother, Monica Hicks, when the incident occurred. According to officials from the Harris County Sheriff’s Office, the family was driving home late on the evening of 20th September after a visit to her own mother’s residence.
