In this survival thriller, Pitt plays James Belmont, a retired Special Forces officer stranded in the Alaskan wilderness alongside his loyal combat dog, Odin, portrayed by the German shepherd named Uber. During an interview with Extra, the 62-year-old actor shared that his household has recently expanded to include a third dog, a rescue. When asked how his existing pets—Jacques and Blackout Superstar—reacted to his lingering scent after filming with Uber, Pitt noted their curiosity rather than jealousy. “Dogs are hilarious that way,” he remarked. “They just get more interested. Like, it’s just more part of the party, isn’t it?”
Pitt’s affection for canines is evident in both his personal life and his professional projects.
