Shortly before the aircraft landed in Miami at approximately 11:23 p.m. local time, reports emerged that the flight attendants had alerted the cockpit crew about a disturbance caused by the passenger. According to the aviation website AirLive, the Aircraft Communications Addressing and Reporting System (ACARS) captured a message from the lead flight attendant describing the unsettling situation.
