The much-anticipated fourth season of the popular quiz show ‘Jeopardy! Masters’ is set to commence on Tuesday, 25 August 2023. This special spin-off of the iconic game show will feature six of the highest-ranked contestants vying for the prestigious Trebek Trophy, alongside a grand prize of $500,000.

Returning as the host is Ken Jennings, who shared insights regarding the level of difficulty in the upcoming season. Jennings noted that the questions are specifically designed to challenge even the most seasoned players. “There’s lots of cool and accessible stuff, but there’s also going to be a few clues where I’m like, ‘I can’t believe we expect somebody to know this,'” he remarked during an interview with ABC 7. Michael Davies, the executive producer, mentioned that they tested different structures before settling on a format that best showcases the competitors’ abilities. “ABC wanted 10 episodes, and they wanted 10 hours,” he explained in January 2023. The decision to hold back-to-back games over ten hours was seen as the most effective way to ensure all participants faced each other.
