The victims, identified as Vanessa and her daughters, Kylie and Kloie, were returning home from a concert in Fresno, where they were celebrating Kloie’s 17th birthday.

The collision occurred around 12:44 am local time, near Bakersfield, situated in the Central Valley region of the state, as reported by the California Highway Patrol (CHP). According to preliminary details, one of the vehicles was travelling northbound in a southbound lane when it struck two other cars, leading to a devastating chain reaction. The authorities have yet to establish which vehicle was on the wrong route during the incident.
Following the collision, the family’s car ignited, leaving no chance for survival for Vanessa, Kloie, and Kylie, who were all pronounced dead at the scene. This fundraising effort aims to assist with funeral expenses and support Vanessa’s son as he grapples with the profound loss of his mother and sisters.

Kloie was a student at Centennial High School in Bakersfield, which has initiated its own tribute to the beloved teenager. The school’s softball team paid homage to her memory, reiterating that her influence both on and off the field would be dearly missed, adding that she will forever be remembered as a “Golden Hawk.”
