The couple first acquired the estate in 1988 for £700,000, and in the years since, they dedicated themselves to restoring and preserving its rich heritage, which dates back to the 1730s.

The property, located in Vineyard Haven, was once part of a larger 225-acre farm and features several notable updates, including a comprehensively renovated farmhouse, which served as the central home. This charming estate also boasts a saltwater swimming pool and multiple outbuildings, among which are two artist studios.
