The couple tied the knot in November 2019 and have since welcomed three children. The couple felt that defining specific boundaries could lead to temptation. Robertson Huff explained, “I feel like when you have a boundary, you typically just go to the boundary line, right? Then you just cross it and then you feel bad… all this stuff.” Instead, they prioritised cultivating a connection with God and aligning their relationship with what they perceived as divine intentions for marriage.
“Our relationship was about pursuing God’s plan,” she stated, reiterating the belief in purity and the bond between “one man and one woman” in the context of marriage. Reflecting on their past experiences, Robertson Huff acknowledged that their previous relationships did not exemplify this ideal, but expressed a desire for their future together to deviate positively from those patterns.
After dating for nine months, Christian Huff proposed to Robertson Huff in a grand gesture at her family’s Louisiana home during a birthday celebration, which was shared among friends and family. Although she suspected an engagement was imminent, the surprise proposal at the party took her breath away. “It was the most perfect thing ever!” she shared with PEOPLE at the time.
The couple exchanged vows in a romantic ceremony held on a tennis court transformed into a garden setting, officiated by Pastor Louie Giglio. Their wedding, attended by over 600 guests, included notable figures such as Alfonso Ribeiro and Candace Cameron Bure, both of whom have appeared in popular television shows.
Since their marriage, Robertson Huff and Christian Huff have embraced the joys of parenthood, welcoming their first daughter, Honey James, in May 2021. They later celebrated the births of their second daughter, Haven Belle, in May 2023, and their third daughter, Kit Carroway, who is expected in August 2025.
