The incident, which occurred on July 26, reportedly involved a group of three children engaged in a game of tag. As the children played, Crosby, who is believed to have been intoxicated, abruptly stopped and struck one child in the face, resulting in a bloody lip and pain in the head. The second child was allegedly hit in the stomach, causing discomfort.
According to a probable cause affidavit, security footage from the ship captured the events as they unfolded. Witnesses reported that the children were harmlessly playing when Crosby’s unexpected aggression disrupted their activity.
