**Manhunt Underway for Woman Linked to Florida Murder Case**

Authorities in Florida are intensifying their search for Isabelle Rose Johnson, a 38-year-old woman wanted in connection with the murder of Jason Christopher Coulthart. The investigation took a significant turn when Coulthart’s remains were unearthed in a shallow grave in June.
The Walton County Sheriff’s Office made public the need for assistance on July 23, unveiling new photographs that highlight various identifying features of Johnson. Law enforcement officials believe Johnson may have altered her appearance, possibly by changing her hairstyle, in a bid to evade capture.
The sheriff’s office detailed some of Johnson’s tattoos, which they hope will aid in her identification. “She is believed to have a rose or flower tattoo on her left hand, extending from below the thumb towards her index finger,” a spokesperson from the sheriff’s office explained. Additionally, she reportedly has a tattoo on her right ankle and a large scorpion inked on her left thigh. Notably, there is an intricate back tattoo depicting a winged creature that could potentially be visible if she chooses to wear a tank top.
Johnson is known to go by various aliases, including Harley, Jessica Elaine Bowman, and Jessica Dowdy, amongst others. Her connections extend beyond Florida, with ties to Georgia and Alabama. Investigators noted that she has a reputation for manipulating people into providing her with transportation or monetary assistance through sympathetic narratives.
To assist in the manhunt, the sheriff’s office is offering a reward of up to £16,000 for information leading to her arrest. The announcement came with the release of six distinct photographs, showcasing Johnson with different hairstyles, which serve as further identification tools for the public.
Coulthart was reported missing on May 24 after his last known whereabouts were recorded at the College Condominiums in Niceville. Following ongoing investigations by Niceville Police, detectives uncovered critical information regarding the location of his body, leading to the grim discovery on June 25. The burial site was identified on a property off Sunset Lane in Freeport, where a search warrant confirmed the presence of Coulthart’s remains.
The circumstances surrounding Coulthart’s death raise significant concern. Reports indicate that his grave was concealed in concrete and located beneath a black Cadillac, with a large plastic zip tie found around his neck. Through DNA testing, authorities confirmed that the remains belong to Coulthart on July 9, as stated by the District 1 Medical Examiner’s Office.
In connection with Coulthart’s murder, five individuals have already been charged as accessories after the fact to a capital felony. Their involvement highlights the complexity of the case and raises questions about the circumstances and motives surrounding the crime.
